Getting Here & Settling In
A few things to sort before you fly, plus where I'd stay.

Rough nightly prices for a room for two, just to give you an idea. They’ll change depending on your dates and room type.
Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An
My go-to resort if you want a private beach in Hoi An!
Feels like a tropical paradise. The rooms here are huge and you get an incredible view. There’s a nice pool too. And the breakfast is quite varied.
It’s 20 minutes from the old town.
My go-to hotel if you want to stay in the heart of the old town.
Rooms are nice and pristine. Breakfast here is amazing.
It’s on the riverside (although not the nice part where the boats are, tho).
Beautiful, peaceful hotel surrounded by nature. You can get a room with a view of the rice fields.
The location is a bit further away from the old town, tho.
I haven’t personally stayed here yet, but it’s next on my list when I go back!
Immigration can take up hours if you get unlucky. You definitely don't want to deal with it after a long flight. So I highly recommend paying for the fast track at Da Nang airport to skip the immigration line.
